Hi all I have recently purchased a home in Atlanta and I am renting it out on Airbnb as a short term rental since February.I am looking for cross border accountant to do some tax planning and cost benefit analysis of doing a cost segregation study on my property in order to claim accelerated depreciation.

My brother literally lives 15 minutes away from the property, there's just the border with Belgium in between... 

I tend to look at properties bordering the Hudson River opposite of midtown Manhattan since the transportation and commuting options in the area are the main drivers.

What I'm looking for: - 30-year fixed-rate mortgage - Single Family Home - $125,000 or less purchase price - I have a W2 job (T4 in Canada) that I have lots of history onI know RBC Bank and TD Bank are Canadian/American cross-border banks, but RBC Bank does not do 30-year fixed rate mortgages, they only do ARM.
