US Bank call centers could be the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with.

I responded and asked for a custom agreement because i live downstairs and can collect the rent myself and possibly handle maintenance ;)...did not hear back!

Thanks for heads up, so if tenant would slip / fall in lobby and have a medical claim that would be covered by HOA insurance ?

Just like their low rates and good customer service. 

What happens if they come back and claim that they were not vacating?

Both daughters held title until 2005 and transfered property into the mothers name so she could get a reverse mortgage.The mothers will, which was recognized by the court, gives the property back to the 2 daughters after her death.The problem:The husband, the person still living in the property, is claiming ownership and refusing to let the daughters into the property to collect their mothers person effects.

I have two others claiming they will submit an app today, so I will see.
