A couple that come to mind are Madera County (Oakhurst, North Fork, Bass Lake) and Placer County (Loomis, Auburn, Newcastle).

I’ve seen a few begging investors for more capital, preferred or common, to bail out their deals though!

Starting out, once a funding source is lined up, I'd ideally like to put under contract a deal a week for the first couple of months while ensuring the team we have in place is able to handle the work we take on while making adjustments as needed.Our target properties are able to be purchased for 40k-60k, need 15k-70k in repairs, and have an ARV of 125k-225k+ depending on the extent of the rehab involved.
