I do currently work full time so I would like to put it up on furnished finder as a 1-3 month minimum rental to start out and be able to run background checks etc. 

I dont mean pre approved for a loan or using hard money , but they go to the person who strokes a check and settles real quick . 

You can also check meetup.com or search facebook for real estate investment groups, clubs, or meetings in your area.

It is definitely on my list now to check on future properties. 

Now these check writers are unfortunately being targeted by individuals with bad intentions.

You can do most of the screening process and background check part from afar and get a new tenant set.

Air DNA I am hearing is the most accurate but curious if theres a way to check this without a systems monthly payment.Also, any realtors in the Highlands, NC or Hilton Head Island area that specialize in off market deals or STR would be super helpful~!

For daily use checking up on partial payers:   Sum up the payements received AND give detailed payements for the last 3 mo,  set the date range.
