The condo is something you can grow out of, and have that be your building block to RE investing.

Vetting Turnkey companies or individual team members, asking for references, scouring BP for reviews and info - even Turnkey isn't truly passive, there's a ton of legwork that happens up front.OOS investing is popular and viable, you just have to do the hard work of figuring out what you want and need out of your investment and the best route for obtaining it.

I'm a USMC veteran myself - and I've networked with a lot of investors/individuals off of BP that are veterans as well.

As someone looking to get started wIth BRRRR, I’m wondering if that makes things harder than going the individual route with conventional financing.

Philly is also block to block so I would become familiar with the individual neighborhoods before making an investment.
