The only think you can do before this is to fill out the form to have your property advertised on the housing authority list of available properties, but by the time that list gets updated most the properties are already rented.

It gives me time to think before I respond.I'm opening to listening why texting may not be a good idea though. downside to it can be, Thai they will much quicker complain through text on any small nonsense, than making an official phonecall to explain that they have this [not] issue.

He can put a 24-hour notice on the door that he (and you) will come by to do an inspection.As for taxes, the taxing authorities have to do a random selection of all delinquent accounts in the county.

Escrow will then order the payoff and show the lender that you've been on title for more than a day ( Fannie and Freddie only require a day now ) and show the death cert ( Normally you'll need a borrower authorization but you can't do that in this scenario obviously ) The lender will issue the payoff and everything else will be easy and smooth.
