One reason is my age of 61, about 30 years in construction management, about 30 years I had real estate broker license in Texas, and I got a college graduation degree in Business (that emphasized real estate) , and being born and raised in Dallas, Texas.I'm completely un-knowledgable and where to be in Minnesota and is beyond my knowledge.

Running a successful syndication company completely depends on our investor base. 

No matter what though I only put carpet in bedrooms, hallways, or stairs (unless the foundation was just complete garbage).

@Whitney Breedlove Wow, well like I said I am completely new to everything real estate and I took the taxes from a couple different people and sort of just averaged it out to that number.

I wholesaled a deal in south Dallas last year for around 90k and it was a complete gut job. 

@Christopher Boyle finding the right agent can take some time, most are new and have little to no experience with investment properties, it's hard to sort through agents based on completed deals. 

If my building is completely paid for in the LLC, I have more equity someone could potentially get to.

The back of the home is completely overgrown, the owner installed above ground pool years ago, but yard is so overgrown you can only see the ladder of the pool from the back porch. 

My suggestion: complete Dave steps first, then do other things.
