We're so close to aligning on purchase price, the owner just drives a hard bargain (not the ideal motivated seller but a good acquisition nonetheless).

We are looking for someone that maybe doesn't have the experience in multifamily (yet) but either has experience in deal finding or is very motivated to learn.
