Guys,My partner and I are in the process of starting a new one-stop - in between tenants renovation company and would like to get some feedback from you guys.Here is a basic summary of what will be included in one of our customize-able service packages:House CleaningGeneral Areas - Dust walls/ceiling fans sills and ledges - Dust bulbs - Cobwebs - Dust baseboards - Dust window blinds - Wipe wood with Pledge - Sweep/Vacuum/mop floors - Wash inside of WindowsBathroom (s) - Clean and disinfect tub, toilet, shower, shower doors, and sink -Scrub Floor - Clean all mirrors and glass - Scrub tile wallsKitchen - Wash sink- Clean counter tops- Wipe in/outside cabinet doors- Wipe in/outside of appliances- Sweep and mop floor- Load and run dishwasher- Clean in/outside of microwave- Collect and take out trash- Wipe appliances- Clean in/outside of stove & refrigeratorBedroom (s)- Dust-walls, ledges, shelves, etc.- Closets: sweep, mop or vacuum- Floors: sweep, mop or vacuum PaintingUse drop cloths to protect furniture, floors from paint -Protect and mask necessary finished surfaces including door knobs, hinges, bathtubs, showers, cabinets, electrical outlets, fixtures and windows-Caulk all joints at doors casings and jambs in order to maintain a sealed surface-Caulk all joints around the windows where the window meets the drywall Patch and/or repair of minor wall and ceiling blemishes prior to the application of paint-Apply primer coat-Apply 1st and 2nd coats (Two-tone paint available)-Remove all masking from doors, windows, baseboards , walls, hinges, floors, etc.

The foundation has moved causing a 2" crack up the mortar joints of the exposed basement wall.

Since I don't know what kind of deal you are after, I'm just going to throw some ideas at the wall for anybody else reading the thread.

My top picks -* Garden hose used as plumbing behind a wall* Extension cord used for electric...behind a wall* A vanity with a garden hose snaked from outside the house to the sink... dumping into a home depot bucket.

The bedroom situation you can likely rectify by moving some walls around.

I went to see an REO condo today and ALL of the carpets are wet, ALL of the walls have mold on them about two feet up from the floor, and there are sewer flies EVERYWHERE!

I'm certain there are people here with much more experience than my fly-on-the-wall position. 

Including doubling or tripling wall outlets and installing 3 way light switches where two door rooms are located. 

Looking at the bright side, at least they shut off the water and left all the tile wall and kitchen undamaged.it hurt to look at, here is the basement.
