In full disclosure we currently have a buyers rep for the London area (who also works at Kellar-Williams).

Many of the agents I see going there, aren't well established agents and I wonder myself about the business model sustainability.Keller Williams has a 70/30 split.

But in saying this I also have to mention how appalled I am with one of the so called buyers organizations called AAA Property Investments a member by the name of Bobbijo who has been texting me for two days trying to purchase one of my rentals I have advertised on craigs list for a Mr William Klawitter who I am advised is the founder of Bigger Pockets.
