Have you considered the travel nurse option?

Would be very interested in a monthly group to network as I travel for work a lot and miss almost every INREIA meeting.

I hope build a good foundation for an early retirement and to be able to travel a lot in the future.

Money can be made renting houses to travelling workers. 

My travels are either conferences out of town  or to the bank to initiate wire transfers.

I self manage 15 doors in 3 different markets and I'm constantly traveling.

Tenants seem to be a lot more responsible with utility usage when they know they're paying for it.

Are there usage restrictions (the property is currently used for agricultural purposes)?

I live in the DFW area and travel all over North Texas/LA/OK/AR for work so I have good exposure to different markets.
