In a specific city near you or area of interest how much solar, green contribute to home values? 

I own a duplex in Minneapolis, MN and would like to charge the city utilities back to the tenants.

I helped a member that I met on here from California buy a nice 80k rental that happened to be down the street from my home in a far east of Cleveland suburb.

I had an escrow close last year for a Buyer that lives on the same street as a school but the school was full for the particular grade which was needed so they were assigned to a different school.

I have recently begun looking at San Antonio given the cost of my home market and other connections we have to the city.

I'll start things off with Nanticoke:Its a small working class city.

Then I drove around through every street and wrote down address of every new construction, or recently built and sold new house.

The message contained pictures of each property from the street to demonstrate they were still standing.Unfortunately, this is not the same story my residents told.My real estate agent was given information by a residents that their home had a notable leak in the bathroom.
