Depends on your real estate goals and if you have a solid plan for the equity, but the days of getting 2% to 3% rates are far behind us and aren't coming back anytime soon.

Your best bet might be to find a private fund that aggregates money and lends it back out to real estate investors.It is worth adding that this is not a tax-efficient way to get involved with real estate.

They are unprofessional and irresponsible, this stuff impacts us as landlords and has real-world consequences.

Has anybody used, or have any experience with Credit Union Mortgage Association for financing real estate deals? 

But here's the real low down - as much as I or anyone else on this forum knows about title, we aren't legal experts and if we were we don't have all the facts necessary to render an informed opinion.
