Don’t forget that this economic recovery is not going to last and you may not get the job u want at the pay u want when you finish ur MBA because you may graduate in a recession.

With SFR's, Condos, and 2 - 4 units, lenders are looking for the standard 1004, 1075, and 1025 forms in which u make adjustments for physical and economical differences and putting a number on the property based on what u came up with after adjustments per line item feature.

Haven't quite finished it yet James, waiting for the general contractor to finish trim in the last two rooms and working around the homeowners schedule and stuff for final t/u of completed rooms, been doing some smaller jobs in between.
