I want to get bids for the issues identified in the report but contractors are busy and even if I can get one to come out for a bid, it is difficult to let them in to look at the place given that it is 100% occupied.

We are bummed but super thankful that we were able to identify the problems before we fully purchased the property.On to the next one!

You can identify a good deal and see what the person who bought it did with it and compare to what you estimated it to be.Like I said I could probably go on for hundreds of pages, mostly me making $#&$ ups and learning lessons lol.
