So I'm in the process of transferring a property to another entity. The unit is fully paid off and is currently rented out, does anyone have any information or tips about the excise tax paperwork for King County?

We're basically going to quit claim the home into my name and I'll make the mortgage payments directly so I know they're being paid.

I just learned on this forum about Roofstock, which states they have low transaction costs and claims their sale prices are normally below market (even before any further bulk discount).

In your experience do tenants make a lot of false claims about other tenants?

I'm looking to get 75% of all expenses written off and claim their income . 

I found an attorney who would file for me at a reasonable cost and now I have a judgement from a superior court judge declaring me the owner against all claims.  

if so, they could possibly claim on that.

The property manager for one of my rentals in Indy claims he is not responsible for that.This is how it happened:  tenant stopped paying rent in November, 2016 after moving in 3 months later.  

I think I need a title agent or company to do a quit claim deed in king county washington(?)
