2- What's the foundation criteria (briefly) for existing garages?

As a general rule across the spectrum's of various investing and economics the foundational rule comes to the essential life blood of the system is liquidity in the system, it is the blood that pumps through the veins.

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone has had experience investing in a property with foundation issues for the long term.

Typically the lender requires it to be a double wide built after 1976 and on a permanent foundation. 

They can only be financed if the home is on a solid and permanent foundation.

Plumbing, electrical, roof, mold, foundation, etc.

These sheds will look no different and they have a concrete foundation.  

If you purchase in either North Park or Bankers Hill, get a foundation inspection.  

I mean just by the age of the prop, we can talk about possible foundation, structural (cracks), mold what not but again, opinion & even visual inspection won't do it.

It is my opinion, after 40 years of successful real estate investment experience, that most investors seek the WRONG type of real estate education.Learning specific techniques and strategies associated with a particular type of real estate activity, is an attempt to shortcut the acquisition of a foundation of general real estate knowledge, which takes more time.
