Biggest issue with Older Sacramento homes

Hello! This site is great let me say I just new I could post here to get some attention to my question. So let me get to it.  Ive got my eye on a 1910 highwater bungalow in east sac and I was wondering what issues should I be aware of when factoring in offer prices. My biggest challenge is not so much price of renovation because there's only one reliable way to get that (professional estimates). My issue is I know I'm new and there is bound to be issue that I will run into with these older homes can anyone give me a run down of the things to look out for.with these homes and home owners? Really just the basics when its comes to dealing with older sacramento homes.YOU GUYS ARE MY HEROS AND ROLE MODELS
