Rented the house 2 years, had a dispute with one neighbor and is now moving out.

First property when moving away from parents home.

The plan was to sell the house so I moved into a condo in August of 2019. 

Moving forward to larger projects, I would have to raise capital.It is true that most investors wish to combine the perk of having a vacation condo plus ROI.

After the collections I have a 640 credit score and it hasn't moved for a few months.I rented a property with a few friends for a year and after move out we were charged with over 6000 $ in B.S damages including 5k to repaint all the interior walls of the home due to a few minor marks.

Below is my scenario.I have 2 x below rental and would like to sell Rental#1 and want to move the gain into Rental#2 which is the newer home.Please advise , can I do that ?

If I currently have a primary home in one state, can I move to any state as long as my job is remote? 

I suppose we could go back and fourth on the validity of your example of the rent / fight / murder, but for now the purpose of what I am saying here is if a customer isn't comfortable with the contract, their time is better spent moving on to a different PM than spending time and money trying to change their contract, cuz it ain't happening.

I like to have reference sheets to look back on, since I will inevitably forget some of the minor but important details as time moves on.
