Starting out in a new career in an area where there weren’t many jobs in that field resulted in low pay but at least it was experience.Unfortunately while working on the house I got hurt and had to have surgery and also my wife had some medical issues that resulted in a pile of medical bills that all wanted paid right away.

We maintained a calm demeanor and eventually his late night emails ceased; he must have moved on to another property and another landlord.But the point remains, and it is an observation made over an extended period: most of the queries that come from very late night tenant sessions on the internet lead nowhere and are often strange.

:) but being Texas, there are refineries within 50 miles or so. the closest walmart is 25 milesno college, but an 'marine education center' that is used by several collegesno 'hospitals' but a decent sized medical clinic walking distance to the apts (~10 blocks)no military in the area as far as i can telltourism?
