Looking for advice
Hello all
I have a 16 unit apartment complex.
I'm wondering if anyone knows how to use this building as a senior living center? I'm located in Ohio and would greatly appreciate if anyone can point me in the right direction
Thanks!!

You might want to talk to a local architect. There are likely to be special requirements for seniors living, like accessibilty, fire safety etc.
You might need to fix quite a few things in each unit and in the building common areas in order to get an approval for it to be used for seniors.
