Do you know the numbers for owner-paid expenses (utilities, lawn/snow, etc)?

drove ownership from the historical 64% range to this artificial peak.

It is almost as if the US prices are artificially suppressed as both markets appear to have decoupled since 2006.

Some of these can get complex with moving values based on artificial appreciation.

I ran a rental analysis using the tool on bigger pockets with Vacancy and  repairs at 5%, Property management  and Cap ex at 10% (which is a stretch considering the age of the property) and its stands to cash flow $312.00 a month with owner paying the water, sewer, and lawn care (which I added into my analysis) .

Funny how the politicians of the world can benefit the most by directly causing one of the worst economic collapses in history by artificially impacting markets and then the gov is probably the only sector to have grown exponentially thru this period as a result.

The property has a closed in back patio and separate atrium and small lawn in the front but no back yard.

I had been paying the previous property manager for lawn services but had not received a bill from the current one and I realized why.
