Just thought I would share my before/after videos of a duplex I bought in St.

There are tons of things going on in the background though and trust me anyone who has tried to sell restricted stock will tell you its no cake walk which is why people generally pay less for restricted shares than freely tradeable shares 

I would rather talk about bicycles like we did in the first place and see when he is comfortable to share to place later down the line.

I definitely wouldn't say curfew except for maybe a shared playground/barbeque area.

My intention is to use my share of the money gained from the sale to reinvest in real estate.
