We put ours out on zillow, trulia, apartmentlisting, craigslist, and facebook marketplace and usually get plenty of applicants.

Maybe try Facebook as well.

FSBO's. (5 of 12 transactions) - I find FSBO's and reach out to them either on Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, Craigslist, or a "FSBO" yard sign.

HI, I was just wondering if anyone is using Facebook, instagram, etc. to make  informed decisions on potential  tenants in addition to all other background checks and references. 

@Christopher Sarmiento There are some wholesalers out here on BP, but there are also a number on Facebook, look for duval county or jacksonville whole salers.

Put together a team (realtors, contractors, attorney, accountant, bird dogs etc) Put together a marketing plan as to how you will acquire the product (direct mail, bandit signs, cold calling, door knocking, leveraging bird dogs - agents, PPC, SEO, Facebook ads etc) Put together a CRM or tracking mechanism to be able to track the lead flow and response from mediums so you can create a follow up system. 

I just wanted to extol the virtues of facebook. 

Post it on facebook, talk about it at the gym, tell your church friends, bring it up in the office, etc.

The Augusta REIA meets the 2nd Thursday of each month at the Columbia County Library (Facebook is the best place to keep track), and another group called AORE (The Art of Real Estate) meets at the Savannah Rapids Pavilion on the 2nd Saturday of each month.
