Even the appraiser wanted some surfaces painted better (in winter--under a heated bubble--fun, fun)...There is also some inconvenience on the inspection/re-inspection, appraisal, etc for the tenant.

we have stored Allure with the grip strip in unheated storage over winter with out a problem, as long as the grip strips dont get wet, they should be ok.  

I was worried about the renting in the winter months too.

Housing has always been less expensive than Denver, Colorado Springs is less crowded, less traffic, cooler summers and warmer winters, the snow is typically gone in a few days, you can get through the Colorado Springs airport in 10 minutes, and the University of Colorado is significantly expanding here. 

You will have to adapt to snow in winter.

I have had good properties site for twice as long because people dont want to move in the winter.

I'll make the difference in a year2) This is still winter - Keep it as is.
