I'm working with the City of Kansas City on determining the highest and best use, which will hopefully lead to building 1-3 new multi-family structures (ideally duplex, triplex, or quadplex).

Hey everybody, In my area there seem to be condos that will pop up which could possibly make good cash flowing rentals.

This will give you a clearer idea if what direction to start taking.

Without the ability to obtain a loan / financing - the next steps will be harder to accomplish

Also will I have to buy the first rental under LLC to qualify for the 3% down loan later?

It will help you with bookkeeping, accounting, and taxes.

The grind will be there and I just have to be patient.
