Hey BP'ers - any feedback on Real Estate Mob's Virtual Assistants? 

He has the funds to buy virtually anything I am looking at and has already told me that he is willing to front 100% of the funds upfront to get a deal done (with the plans to refi down the road after value has been added).  

if i could hire a virtual assistant it would help a lot with me finding deals.

@Kevin Fox I use investorfuse for my automation and its a great tool to help me stay on top of followups, appointments, team members, virtual assistants and keep track of all the in's and out's of my wholesale business.  

@Hector Lozano REBO, find motivated sellers now are the main lists I purchase.I also purchase divorce, 60/90 day late, NOD list and some others from list brokers.Then the other big chunk are pulled by virtual assistants from county land record sites or other sources.

For what it's worth you should also Google Maps "virtual walk" through the neighborhood if you haven't done it already.

He also as a virtual workshop this weekend for newer note investors.
