1851 successfully argued in Ohio, that these inspections are unconstitutional and violated the Renters' rights as the 'government' basically was 'searching' the Renters' abode without a warrant or their permission to enter the premises.

I could avoid having to put money on deposit to the utility company if I let them run my credit (meaning I would be personally responsible for the bill)  --  I am okay with that as there is no danger of the bill not being paid by the SDIRA but wondering if this item would be a violation.

Between the draconian penalties imposed last year for the tiniest violations - but only for vacation renters - and this recent vote, the message has gone out loud and clear to potential visitors:  "We don't want you, go away"! 

Unreasonable to me is something that violates ordinances.

They wont care about the warranty issues but the code violations they will.

Make sure it explicitly explains the process for termination if you are unhappy with their services, but especially if they violate the terms of your agreement.3.

A full title search includes land records, municipal records for taxes and sometimes water or violations, court for judgements against the owner which attach to the property, bankruptcy search, estate searches etc.
