I actually attended the 3 day seminar...well I watched (they sent me a video recording of it since we couldnt make it).

I've had neighbors call me with video of the owner taking a sledgehammer to their property prior to my foreclosure but unless/until that owner's actions pose harm to the neighbors or others, no one is going to or can do anything about it.
