I tend to think that it was very helpfull to me at the time to have done it that way .Put ALL the CARDS on the table , Ask Opinions ,Get some advice ,I really believe it gave all involved a better understanding on HOW MUCH my Financial Position had improved year to year .It actually ended up over the years that I did 1 partnership with the Banker and 2 with the Lawyer .I also guess that being a member of the Planning and Zoning commission did NOT hurt things either .

However, if it is similar you can have problems, as well as if your name is misleading and you won't find that out until you may have incurred some real expenses with letterhead, business cards, accounts, etc.Problem, if you have Trust in your name, expect regulators to knock on your door in the future, guaranteed!
