If I find something better, I change....if I don't, I stay.Don't ever believe ANY company that says everyone else is dramatically raising their prices too.... it may be true or it may be complete BS to trick you into just staying put.

Not every day occurances but not rare either. one thing by sharing on BP the newer landlords can learn some tricks of the trade you always want to talk to landlord 2 or 3 properties removed from the last one.. your dead on .. current land lords many times will say anything to get rid of people just human nature.

If they had more to invest and wanted more than just expenses paid and some extra cash every month, a small apartment building could do the trick.
