It doesn't natively support real estate investing, though, and the more esoteric the REI style, the less obvious it is to me how to note the investments in the app.In particular, I'm not sure how to enter in such things as investing in notes as well as in apartment syndication.

Use that one time consultation to define:- An interior paint color scheme (walls, trim, ceiling);- A cabinet/countertop color and type;- Flooring types/styles/colors (carpet, vinyl, hardwood, tile)- Specific finishes (lights, fans, plumbing fixtures, etc)- AppliancesOnce you've defined all these things (I call them all "finishings"), you can use the same ones in *EVERY* house.

in order to help you find an agent that will work for you - call some of the large property managers in the areas you want to buy. sometimes they'll have homeowners who are ready to sell at a discount in order to offload their problem. also, you can ask them if they have any new agents in the office that need some business. the same applies to any of the larger offices. just call in and ask if they have any new agents. build the relationship with them and teach them to find what you're looking for. there are plenty out there.
