Until all the unknowns are known this may well be an achievable price but possibly far more expensive than that which includes alot more variables.Everyone is going to look at it differently, but I consider the per square foot price to include all Planning Costs (engineering, survey, etc), all Prep Costs (land clearing, sediment control, etc) and all Construction Costs (actual build costs).

I would not rely on comments in the forum like this with such question.I personally use Legal Shield, it is membership based service which allows you to have access to attorneys for low monthly fee, very inexpensive way to get a legal advice.
