Most months do not require any action from me so I find paying someone to help assist is not worth it.However for others who are maybe inexperienced in acting as a landlord or would rather not deal with the stress of finding tenants, calling trades or don't have the time etc. it would be a worthwhile expense.

It can be stressful and time consuming, and in my opinion time is priceless.

They may not realize this, but could.So, it could get somewhat stressful as you maybe wondering what are the rest of the tenants' plans for paying you if they "fall behind."

The daughter has become financially stressed out with the home; the home has drained her rainy day fund throughout the years due to paying for both mortgages.

Before, yeeah I had the cash flow, but I needed it for beer and ulcer treatment due to the stress.
