If your counters are small enough and you can install some of the prefab pieces from the big box stores, you can install them pretty cheap.

If you get a box at the UPS Store, you will have a physical address (i.e., 123 Main Street #133).

If you have gone standard in-stock box store finishes on every thing else maybe consider the granite so you have something that stands out.

You can buy all the ingredients for the same dish in a grocery store for less money and cook it home, but it's not as convenient, and may or may not be made as well.
