I've done some light landscaping.

We made a lot of cosmetic upgrades to both units and landscaped.

I called him and he stated he was moving out in March, but he will continue to pay rent until May and will keep utilities on and contract with landscaping company to maintain yard.Our lease does have a vacating clause that states we will take repossession within 3 days of home becoming vacant and tenant is still responsible for rent thru remainder of lease unless it’s occupied sooner.

Gut remodel of all 12 units... and landscaping.

It's all about statistics and probabilities.

I upgraded the kitchen and bathrooms, paint the interior and exterior, new floors, new windows, new doors, new appliances, new gutters and landscaping.

All new windows, new front door, landscaping in the back, new countertops, appliances, all flooring, fixtures, and paint.

I don't think the sample size of my current DM campaign is large enough to be of statistical significance yet.Can you break down all the costs associated with this... ideally itemized. x$ for the listI use Real Acquisitions for the lists I pull.
