Deeper or Wider? Marketing for leads
I am a realtor and I plan on buying at least my first investment property this year. I have done some wholesaling in the past and I have some experience marketing for leads. I am now operating on a budget and would like to know from more experienced investors; is it better to go deeper when marketing or wider?
I am trying to decide between:
Sending direct mail to a smaller group 5x (Deeper)
OR
Sending direct mail to a slightly larger group 3x (Wider)
All feedback is sincerely appreciated!
