More relevantly how well I have done in Real Estate Investing in such a relatively short period of time and just the overall quality of life to state a few things.Now, I am under no illusion nor I have been living under a rock to see that there are still flaws in our society; however, these are nothing compared to what I have seen growing up in Africa and travelling to over 15 countries all over the world.What do you think?

There are going to have to be cuts in cost so I predict an increase in automation where possible and a larger shift to part time work where they are at least saving on benefits and there are no chances for overtime.

I did take time to reflect “did I think or do I think money or people with money are bad” and I think potentially in my teenage years I saw some of those thoughts and then around 23 I saw a shift as I experienced amazing generosity as a missionary and made more relationships with people far in their careers.

Even if mortgage rates go up and half the people buying can't afford to buy, that's enough to shift us into a balanced market, which would stop appreciation but not cause a dramatic drop in prices.That's just my two cents and it only applies to my market.
