We estimated about 50K but spent 100K. 2) Renovated a bunch of units.3) Built trenches around the buildings to get rid of the water issues in the crawl spaces.4) Changed all the roofs.5) Got the laundry in house.6) Built a shed in the back for the supplies.

I haven't given up on it yet but supply is low, unless you want to go into rougher neighborhoods. 

So sites like cozy or trans union or the like where the tenant supplies the information to the credit company directly is a soft credit report but provides the same information. 

Another is how much do you/does anyone smoke?  

The previous owner may be willing to supply any files they have on the tenants.

In the meantime, my days of meeting with business owners across Central Fl has reminded me of the balance of supply and demand as was taught to me in a business law course many years ago.

Smoke and Mirrors, lie and deceipt, hidden agenda's, etc...So if you are going to post "everything he said was golden", then I have the right to say everything he said was leaden.

Then go to Office Depot or a similar office supply store.

I would also argue that many of these children are on government assistance already...which, if managed correctly, would supply plenty of food for these families.

Demand for housing has dropped dramatically w.r.t. the supply.
