I am investing in the Memphis Market. Does anyone have any recommendations for contractors, Real Estate Agents, in the Memphis area? That have experience working with BRRRR investors?

@Jimmy Wisecarver and @Brian Graham,

I'm also working on BRRR in the Memphis area. I've talked to several property managers and realtors and ended up working with the folks at Crestcore. They do both and have been helpful and responsive. I made my first offer yesterday, so I'm still a Memphis rookie but making progress.
