I decided to sign up for bigger pockets after going to a meetup.com session that the awesome J Martin organized.I'm renting a nice condo unit in downtown that is walking distance to my day job.I'm currently in a major decision point whether to buy a personal real estate in the suburbs (more affordable) but would lengthen my commute to an hour or use the cash to invest outside San Francisco or even out of state/international. 

The RE agents that use our marketing techniques (granted this is for those looking to buy and sell on the retail market) sign up a client for every $100-200 worth of advertising budget ($10/day) when they are receiving 3-4 leads a day off of their FB advertisement.80% of all sales happen between the 5th-12th contact with prospective client.

They should give you a discount when you first sign up so really it will be $20.

After spending some time here I have elected to not sign up for Lifestyles Unlimited at this time.  

If this is the case, incentivize the realtor by working in a bonus structure commission into the listing agreement.
