Hello Everyone! Young Entrepreneur Starting in Real Estate.
Hello everyone, Thanks for taking the time to read this!
My name is Kyle Evans and I'm a 17 year old entrepreneur. I know this might sound crazy to some of you. But I have been looking into investing in real estate for years! Ever since I was very young I always wanted to do something with real estate!
I am happy to say that the day I turn 18 I will start investing. You might be thinking there is no chance you will get a loan! Well just like everything else in life, Nothing is impossible and if you work hard enough and know some people you can get anything! I already have a loan setup for when I turn 18 for my first investment property! So excited!
My question to you guys is. How old were you when you started? Any advice?
For those wondering I want to buy and hold properties and also flip homes. If you are in the Chicagoland area and interested in partnering up I would love to talk. I would be the hardest working guy you have ever worked with!
Thanks again for reading and good luck to all!
Kyle

We own 5 houses, 4 are currently rental properties. The 5th house is our current primary. Our current primary will become a rental when my husband transfers. We started in Nov. 2011, when we bought our first primary. We are on track to acquire 2 more properties in the next 10 months.
We are certainly on the slow and steady track. We both work full time and my husbands job can be quite demanding on both of us. We were also transferred in 2012 and I was unable to find work for 13 months. So that definitely slowed us down for a bit.
Our goal is to acquire enough houses that we can retire early at 42 and 44 when my husband can retire from Navy with a pension. Therefore we invest in houses that have great future potential (appreciation in rent/sales, great area, class A property, newer). Our margins are less but we don't live on the money. We are able to come up with the down payments by living on one salary and way below our means. We find our deals through a realtor and on the mls.
Thanks for checking out my site. It is a work in progress. Hoping it will be up very shortly. If you think your interested, feel fee to sign up so you don't miss the launching newsletter.
Look forward to seeing you around! If I can help let me know. I am always happy to pay it forward as so many previous have done for me!
