Just putting out my feelers to see if anyone else is attending the 2-day seminar hosted by Lifestyles in Houston this Saturday and Sunday?

They seem to be on the up-and-up, having been featured in several articles, and their concept seems solid.  

Hey everyone,I'm a new member and have been checking out features of site for a couple of weeks and wanted to introduce myself to the BP community.

 $300 will probably be a guru seminar rather than a Real Estate Investor meet-up.  

Maybe they just went to the seminar and you can get 10% for a 60-day option.  

After researching half a dozen or so, the one that seems the best fit so far is the Rentec Direct software due to its cost and features, but the lack of an Android app is off-putting.

I told most folks here on BP ,and in many seminars, that if I sit at computer long enough I can dig a lot of great information up to prove what a great city Charlotte is.

If you add it an they don't my be an inconsequential addition and not worth the effort; notwithstanding, it would be a great selling feature, but not so much on a rental.
