Another challenge was to raise "X" of dollars in a savings account to cover a years worth of living expenses etc..My next challenge is to see what i can do first..1) Double the profits of my entertainment business2) Earn $9,000/month in net cash flow from Real Estate (not counting the investment property I already own)Here's what I'm planning to do in Real Estate...please chime in with any thoughts and/or let me know if we can work together.

You’ll save yourself a lot of headache.I’ve read the books, I’ve heard the promises, I’ve sifted through the bragging of the infinite returns that can be made with no money down.  

This will save you some money.  

There is always risk... but I’m tired of leaving my money in a savings account earning no interest.

So maybe becoming a manager and saving heavily would be a good option?

Ideally, I want to keep the home, I'm open to ideas on how to save or sell the home - please be nice as this is not an ideal situation so I'm looking for a way forward, I know I screwed up, I'm looking for some help

Feel free to let me know if there is a better venue for this inquiry.I was trying to enter an investment into my BP Profile, but ran into several issues....(1) sometimes I couldn't get to the [Save] button (it was below my screen and the scroll bar would not let me scroll down that far, (2) when I finally figured a way to see the [Save] button, it wouldn't Save.

I guess seeing the rare transaction when a guest paid by eCheck and feeling the small win of saving $50 is long gone.
