I guess if the rent and deposits were high enough, maybe, but then the numbers would probably push you to owning.

And it may not be, who knows, but hey you couldn't have known at the time either, and you protected yourself by getting the ball rolling back then (ie, right now), no biggie.There you go!

I have decided to roll my 401K over to a SDIRA LLC or SDIRA Series LLC and start investing in property.

You can't roll up in the core areas and expect to get your finish out materials from home depot and maximize your return.
