They are trying to sell their properties due to headaches and just getting out of the business.I looked at all those properties and most have a lot of deferred maintenance AND they wanted retail prices for them.

I currently own my home and work in the biotech industry.

I have also been thoroughly surprised by how many people, even people in the industry, are fooled by the handwriting. 

But i believe i have to start any way because i need to build connections in the industry.
