I started using Tellus last summer and thought it was great since it posted my listing to all the popular rental websites, the screening process via Naborly was free, and their support was very quick - they often responded within minutes to a few hours.

@Sam Elder I have neither experience with turnkeys nor SFRs at this price point, so I'm not the responder you're looking for (but maybe by responding, others will see this post).For a lower priced home like this, I would expect your repairs to be quite a bit higher than 5% of gross rent, ESPECIALLY if you're not self-managing.
