AVMs have gotten better... but they still are not reliable and most have standard deviations (remember high school statistics?)

If you are only using your own money then it will take a long long time to grow from $60 to $1000.

There appears to be a marijuana grow room built in the garage, it is legal to grow marijuana in accordance with Oregon Laws, however I believe this grow room does not comply with volume of plant growth.

You hear it all the time but networking is really the best way to learn and grow.

However, as others have mentioned before me, it has gotten increasingly more competitive due to the growing number of investors looking to get into the marketplace, AND an increase in the demand for quality projects.My company is currently purchasing roughly 200 flips and rentals per month in 15 or so markets that span the US.

I remember I went to a seminar once about note buying and they would give astronomical/almost made up numbers that made people want to get into note buying/selling, performing and non performing notes, but how realistically is this? 

I'm not sure if I should go ahead and get my RE license to dive into the business while I continue to learn and grow or not?

I took this less traveled path so that I could grow a real estate management biz and further dovetail into syndication of large apartment communities.
