I'd fix it and move on.

My husband Kevin and I moved here a year and a half ago from Frederick, Maryland because the houses out here are considerably cheaper than just across the river into Maryland.

Rent it and once your comfortable you can move one on the 2 property.

All I do though is just find leads through propwire, download them and skip trace them, give em a call and see if they're interested in a cash offer and if they are, just move them down the ladder to the next guy. 

Where have you had luck finding reliable ones that can support your business?

Come to think of it, there's not really anything I can think of that they offer that compares to the reliably up-to-date information that Grant Street and other sites I use regularly offer.

I used to live in this duplex and I moved out to convert it to 100% rental and refinanced.

The market moved and made this one a winner.

My current home is ready to rent and I am ready to move onto the next phase.

I would def want to know that they are friendly to STR's before I make any moves.
