When we get data back from our servicer, I assume (haven't bought any notes yet), that it will show how much of each payment (or total payments annually) are principle vs interest.   

Your mom should join BP as well... great place for her to meet potential clients and establish herself on here as the go-to realtor in the area.I'd also set up keyword alerts so that you can receive a notification EVERY TIME someone mentions a topic of interest.

Hello All - I have a question regarding property management.We just recently purchased a triplex and the agreement reads that the PM fee is "(b) A fee equal to TEN percent ( 10 %) of gross rental income received on all rental agreements starting in 2nd month, OR $65.00 per month, whichever is greater."

I see a property where the numbers look like they might be good that is in Flood Zone "A", 1% annual chance of flooding.

Just make sure you don't over-build it for the rent you expect to receive.
